Vodka, coconut syrup, pineapple juice & lemon juice blended with cream and served with a fresh pineapple garnish
- Pina Colada
The Caribbean version of the Chi Chi. Made with the same ingredients with rum substituted for vodka.
- Mai Tai
A rum lover's delight. Light and dark rum, orgeat syrup, pineapple and lemon juice.
- Blue Hawaii
Vodka, pineapple and lemon juice, orgeat syrup blended with blue Curacao.
- Strawberry Colada
Strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice, cream and coconut syrup. Blended with rum.
- Lava Flow
Chi Chi or Pina Colada poured over a base of strawberries. Your own Volcano.
- Irish Cream & Coffee
Irish Cream Liqueur and Kona Coffee topped with whipped cream. Oh so Ono!
- Mauna Kea Coffee
Our own concoction: Rum Tia Maria and Kona Coffee topped with whipped cream.
